Other things to note

NO PETS
Pets are not allowed: There are no pets allowed on the Property. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, you will be charged $100 per day as well as any additional cleaning charges. Service animals will be allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

POOL HEATING
Pool heat is available seasonally for $50 per day and only when outdoor temperatures allow. The heater performs best when daytime highs are above 70°F. When highs fall below 60°F, the pool cannot maintain temperature, and we do not offer pool heating during those times. That’s when it’s hot tub season! You can enjoy and control the hot tub at no additional cost.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in its immediate surroundings.

PARTIES
Maximum of 14 people and absolutely no parties or events are allowed.

PARKING
For your safety, please park your vehicles in the garage. Garage door openers are available for your use.

Crista’s home was one of the best AirBNBs I have stayed at. It was exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, and felt like home. My husband and I spent a lot of the time talking about how we would love if our home was the same layout. The hot tub was a nice addition for fall too!

This the THE Airbnb to stay at in Frisco! It is a must stay for families with kids as the rooms were great and the pool was a lot of fun. The house is immaculate, in a quiet neighborhood, and so close to everything. Crista was an amazing host, attentive, and very reaponsive! It was one of our favorite Airbnb stays!

This home was perfection! We were in Dallas for a tournament and decided to grab an Airbnb for comfort and I’m so happy we chose this place. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and I have no complaints. There was more than enough space for our family of 4 and the pool was so convenient for the kids. The home was beautiful, location was great, and Crista was a great host. This home will be our first choice whenever we’re in Dallas!

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect and spacious for a stay with 4 couples. The neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard is private. The home itself was extremely clean (without having a strong fragrance or cleaning product smell). Everything was thought of with the amenities. Would recommend staying here!

I travel a lot, and this is one of the best spaces I’ve stayed. Super clean, and the host was super responsive when we couldn’t find and item. Will be using the space again soon.

This home is beautiful! Even better than the description and photos! It was perfectly appointed & spotless! Everything was very comfortable and we felt right at home. The host was responsive and easy to work with. She handled our questions and concerns with grace and patience. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to gather for a long weekend.
