NO PETS
Pets are not allowed: There are no pets allowed on the Property. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, you will be charged $100 per day as well as any additional cleaning charges. Service animals will be allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

POOL HEATING
Pool heat is available seasonally for $50 per day and only when outdoor temperatures allow. The heater performs best when daytime highs are above 70°F. When highs fall below 60°F, the pool cannot maintain temperature, and we do not offer pool heating during those times. That’s when it’s hot tub season! You can enjoy and control the hot tub at no additional cost.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in its immediate surroundings.

PARTIES
Maximum of 8 people and absolutely no parties or events are allowed.

PARKING
For your safety, please park your vehicles in the garage. There is a garage door opener on the counter just inside the garage that will open the security gate as well as both garage doors.

We had a wonderful stay in Christa's home. The house was very clean and pretty. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the outside space as well with the pool. Friendly neighbors always waved. Many basics were provided so we weren't ever without anything like coffee or trash bags. Christa was very attentive but honestly we didn't need to contact her at all! Thanks for a great stay!

This house was the cleanest Air b n b we have ever been to! The house was roomy, clean and had lots of supplies. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the patio (watching movies) with the pool. Loved the game room! A plus was Crista was a great communicator when we had questions. Can’t say enough about this house!

Beautiful House!! This was perfect for our Sisters Trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the outside area …enjoyed the covered area for morning coffee and then the pool for the afternoons. What a wonderful home. We travel Often for work and have booked some stinkers. This home exceeded our expectations and we will be booking it again when we return in a few weeks. Squeaky clean in a very nice neighborhood, lots of great restaurants and service nearby. The pool is very well kept and easy to operate the spa.
